What time is check-in? 
Check-in is generally possible in the afternoon. In any case, we always try to be as flexible as possible based on guests' arrival times. If you have any special requirements, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What time is check-out? Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. to allow us to prepare the flat for the next guests. 

Is smoking permitted in the flat? 
No, the flat is non-smoking. 

Are parties or events allowed?
No, parties and celebrations are not permitted. 

Is it possible to receive visitors? 
The flat is intended exclusively for the stay of registered guests.

Is it easy to find parking? 
Yes. Several public parking areas are available near the flat. Many guests park within a short distance and reach the flat with a brief walk.

Is the flat located in the historic center?
 Yes. The flat is located in the historic center of Jesi, within the medieval city walls. Its location allows you to reach squares, museums, restaurants, wine bars, and the main points of interest on foot.

Is it possible to reach the flat by car? 
The flat is located in a restricted traffic area (ZTL), so it is not possible to drive directly to the building. However, the access gate to the ZTL is located just a few meters from the flat, and parking is available nearby.

How far is the railway station? 
Jesi railway station is about 900 meters from the flat.

How far is the nearest airport? 
Ancona Airport is about 20 minutes by car.

Is the flat suitable for working remotely? 
Yes. Thanks to the fast Wi-Fi connection and the quiet environment, the flat is also suitable for guests traveling for work or wishing to work remotely during their stay.

Why do I need to provide my ID details? 
Italian law requires accommodation providers to register guests’ details with the State Police.
